| A2) | Certainly! After you have completed your site in your software of choice, simply uploaded your site to your domain using the FTP Service OR the _____ manager provided in your xpanel. These instructions are also found in our manual. |
| Q3) | What is the purpose of this site? |
| A3) | We wanted to create a user friendly site, with a user friendly manual that people can use to create their own personal, business, or family website. We hope that the information provided by us will encourage others to not be afraid of making their own space on the internet. There is a lot of information on the internet, and it can be a bit overwhelming, We hope that the information here will be a major stepping stone in helping people create their own niche on the world wide web. |
| Q4) | I've purchased a domain name through a different service, is it possible to host that domain through your services? |
| A4) | Certainly! The basic hosting plan starts at $3.95/month and includes the ability for you to host as many as two different sites (one of which can be purchased for free when you sign up). To host a site provided by you, follow the instructions in our manual. |
| Q5) | I want to make my website password protected. Is this possible? |

| Q6) | I want to have an store on the internet (ecommerce). Is it possible to do this via ixwebhosting? |

store. Although the basic hosting plan does not have a shopping
